Joe Biden’s approval rating lowest for any modern president, Gallup poll finds

President Joe Biden’s approval rating for his sixth quarter in office is the lowest of any president in the modern era, according to Gallup.

The poll, released Friday, shows 38% of voters approve of Biden’s job as president, a drop from 41% last month. The president started his term in January 2021 with 57% approval. A follow-up question showed 45% of Americans strongly disapproving of Biden’s performance, compared with 13% who strongly approve.
