Pedestrian bridge collapses onto highway in northeast Washington

WASHINGTON (WRC-TV) — A pedestrian bridge collapsed Wednesday onto DC-295 in Northeast Washington, trapping a truck that started leaking diesel fuel and leaving at least six people injured, WBAL-TV's sister station, WRC, reported.
