Incredible Anomaly Found On Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate

Was the CIA involved in the creation of the recently produced birth certificate?
How did the CIA-61 STAMP end up on the certificate?
Was the CIA-61 stamp placed on the BC at birth? A child born 50 yrs ago has A CIA stamp on his BC and he winds up becoming POTUS!?
That is a little strange! Wayne Madsen may have been right!

Some are saying that the stamp says OAHU(the third largest of the Hawaiian Islands). No, it doesn't. It clearly says CIA-61.
