Editor's Note: Jeffrey Sachs says the claim that terrorists were employed by UNRWA was all political. Israel's claim was never based on facts and other countries had a knee jerk reaction to the claim which resulted in the extraordinarily cruel withdrawal of support to UNRWA! Don't forget that UNRWA sent Israel a list and profile of all of its 32,000 employees so that they could be vetted. Israel never sent back 1 concern about any of the 32,000!!
