Multiple sources from the New York Times are reporting a concerted effort by the Democratic leadership to pull back from calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump. Without further evidence besides the flurry of accusations currently in the court of public opinion with little to back them up, moving towards impeachment could be devastating politically for the Democratic Party.
